Investor Relations Coordinator

Job Title:                  Investor Relations Coordinator

Location:                  Liverpool

Salary:                       Band for this role is £16,400.00 - £19,000.00 per year pro-rata based on 20 hours per week

Days & Hours:          Monday to Friday - 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day. Either working 9am - 1pm or 12 pm - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Investor queries, either directly or via their agents 
  • Liaising with Client regarding timing and value of quarterly payments
  • Updating of all investor databases and information on property software system
  • Update and maintain the registration or amendments to landlord licenses
  • Monitoring of the Investors’ e-mail and responding to all enquiries within agreed timescales
  • Assisting with communications to all Investors on a regular basis as and when required

 Critical Skills Required:

  • First class communication skills, verbal and written. Critical Skills Required 
  • Fantastic organisation skills with good attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Critical Knowledge Required 

  • Knowledge of key technology, such as telephone systems, access controls, printer/scanner, internal systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Confident user of basis software packages such as word and excel. 

 Qualifications required:

  • Good basic level of education. Including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent. 

Experience required: 

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role and meeting and exceeding customer needs.
