Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities:

•      Visiting and inspecting residential properties

•      Preparing reports on properties prior to, during, and after tenancies.

•      Taking clear photographs within the properties

•      Taking meter readings and key listing for the property

•      Report maintenance issues identified to relevant property manager

•      Administering and negotiating deposit claims

•      Notify utility providers of meter readings upon tenant move in and move out

•      Notify local council upon tenants move in and move out 

•      General administrative tasks

•      Impressive attention to detail

•      High level of customer service skills

Critical knowledge required:

Knowledge of key technology such as telephone systems, computer, smart phones and tablets and a confident user of

basic software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook 

Qualifications required:

•      Good basic level of education; Maths & English to GCSE or equivalent standard.

•      Full, clean UK driving licence

•      Willingness to work towards ARLA Qualifications

Essential Experience Required:

•      Experience of working within a customer focussed environment

Desirable Experience Required:

•      A knowledge of working within the property industry would be advantageous but not essential
